Can't Access Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War on PS4, Stuck on "Return to Lobby" Error

I recently downloaded Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War on my PS4, but every time I try to play, I get a "return to lobby" error. I haven't been able to enter the game even once, despite paying a lot of money for it. My internet connection is strong, and I've also downloaded every DLC, but the game still won't start. It’s been several days, and this issue persists, leaving me frustrated and feeling like my money was wasted. This shouldn’t be happening in a game like this. Can someone please help me resolve this issue? What should I do to fix it? I urgently need assistance.
