Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Mode Not Working on PS4 – Repeated Download Issue

Yesterday, I downloaded Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 on my PS4, and the download was completed without any issues. However, now the game shows up as Call of Duty Caldera on the main screen. When I try to play, I can’t access the campaign mode offline. It keeps prompting me to download a package from the PS Store, which I do, but then it asks me to download the same file again. This has been happening all day. Is there a solution for this?
