I Get 0_1 Error When Launching The Crew 2 on PlayStation and Can’t Play

I’m trying to play The Crew 2 on my PlayStation, but every time I launch the game, I receive an error with code 0_1. The error message tells me to check my internet connection, but my internet is stable and working perfectly for everything else. I’ve followed every troubleshooting step I could find—reset my router, reinstalled the game, checked PlayStation settings, and even looked through online forums—but nothing has worked.

This isn’t just a small inconvenience; I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into this game and I’m frustrated that I can’t access my progress. It’s extremely disappointing to face such an error and not have any official guidance or fix from Ubisoft, especially when this issue has affected other players too.

I urge Ubisoft’s support team to investigate this error and release a proper fix immediately. As loyal players, we deserve a functional game experience—not silence and endless errors. Please resolve this issue before more players lose access to a game they enjoy and paid for.
