BYD Auto Has High-Speed Noise and Rear Climate Issues the Service Can't Fix

I bought my BYD Auto 3 (2023 model, released on July 9, 2024) from BYD Kuzen Plaza and have been enjoying driving it. However, I have recently experienced a couple of issues that have made me lose enthusiasm for the car. 1. High-Speed Noise and Vibration: • When driving in cold and rainy weather at an average speed of 130-150 km/h, the car produces a very loud noise and intense vibration. This issue occurs once I exceed 130 km/h, but I haven’t been able to figure out where it’s coming from. • The strange part is that I took my car for maintenance at BYD Çavdarlı Plaza at 30,000 km, and even the technicians there could not identify the cause of the problem. 2. Rear Heating & Cooling Issue: • There is no airflow in the rear heating and cooling system. It feels like there is no climate control at all for the back seats. I don’t know how to solve these issues, and what’s even more frustrating is that the service team doesn’t know either. Should I just sell the car and move on?
