Bybit Let Me Deposit Before Blocking My Account Over “Unfinished” ID Verification

I am extremely frustrated with Bybit. I received an official email from them confirming that my identity verification was successfully completed. Relying on that confirmation, I proceeded to deposit money from my bank account into my Bybit account. The transaction went through without any problems.
However, when I later tried to make a trade, I was suddenly hit with a warning saying I needed to complete identity verification. This makes no sense. If my ID verification wasn’t actually finished, why did Bybit allow me to deposit funds in the first place? They had no problem taking my money, but now they’re preventing me from using my account.
To make things worse, I can’t reach anyone for support. There’s no live help, no quick solution, and I’m left stuck with my money held hostage. I’m in a really tough spot because of this.
