Bybit Account Locked After NFC ID Verification Pending For 15 Days

On October 24, 2025, I deposited ₺4,000 into my Bybit account without any issues. However, shortly afterward, I was asked to verify my identity via NFC, and all my transactions were restricted. I tried multiple times to complete the verification using my new chip-enabled Turkish ID card and also uploaded all the required documents manually over the past 4–5 days. The system shows everything as “submitted,” yet there has been no progress in my account for 15 days. During this time, I contacted Bybit customer service every three days and always received the same standard response: “We are checking your case and will update you soon.” The funds I deposited are still in my account, but all deposit and withdrawal transactions remain completely restricted. I have never experienced such an issue before—this is the first time. My expectation is that my account will be reactivated immediately, the identity verification process completed, and all restrictions on trading and fund transfers lifted. If this issue is not resolved, I will pursue legal action to claim compensation for my losses.
