Bybit TR Identity Verification Fails on Redmi Note 9 Pro NFC, No Support Response

I have been unable to complete identity verification (NFC) on the Bybit TR app using my Redmi Note 9 Pro device. While the NFC feature works perfectly with other apps, it fails only in the Bybit TR app. Between August 13–15, I attempted the verification process multiple times, but it never worked.
In addition, I am also experiencing login issues where the application repeatedly shows error messages. My registered email is a**********@gmail.com**. Despite contacting Bybit TR customer support, I have not received any assistance or response.
Although I have not suffered a financial loss yet, my account remains unverified, which prevents me from completing transactions. I request that my identity verification be processed immediately and that I receive a prompt response from the support team.
