Bybit Withdrawal Denied Despite Providing Requested Documents

On October 12, 2024, I deposited funds into my Bybit account, but my withdrawal request was denied. I received an email asking me to submit additional documents for verification, which I promptly provided. The email stated that I would receive a response within 48 hours, but 12 days have passed, and there is still no resolution.
The withdrawal status remains flagged as "suspicious activity." I’ve submitted three separate sets of documents, yet nothing has been resolved. The lack of customer service is extremely frustrating—I am forced to interact with a bot that provides no meaningful assistance. There is no direct contact or human support available to resolve this issue.
I am currently at a loss, as my entire investment is stuck on the platform. Bybit’s lack of transparency and support has left me in a vulnerable position. I demand immediate action to process my withdrawal and resolve this matter.
