On October 8, 2025, I transferred ₺30,000 (approximately $714) from my Enpara bank account to my Bybit TR account via bank transfer (Reference No: exc1975707688492273664). However, even after several days, the deposit has not been credited to my account, and I have not received any updates or notifications from the platform.
When I contacted Bybit TR customer support, they informed me that the transaction was under review and that the process might take up to five business days. However, this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I urgently expect the transferred funds to be reflected in my account. At the moment, there are no pending or processing transactions visible in my account.
I kindly request that this issue be resolved immediately and that the ₺30,000 I deposited be credited to my Bybit TR account as soon as possible.
