Bybit Deposit Not Credited After 17 Days — Customer Support Unresponsive

On October 1, 2025, I transferred ₺11,970 (approximately $285) via bank EFT to my Bybit TR funding account. Today is October 18, and 17 days have passed, yet the money still hasn’t been credited to my account.

I’ve been in contact with Bybit TR customer support almost every day, and I’ve also sent several emails, but my money is neither visible in my funding account nor returned to my bank. The company emailed me twice, providing a case number and stating that they had received my documents and would complete their review within 3–5 business days. However, even though five business days have now passed, I still haven’t received any response.

In my most recent communication, they admitted to extending the review period, saying they were waiting for the payment department to issue a refund, and that I would be notified by email once that happened.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Bybit TR. I now believe they have no intention of returning my money and are simply stalling. I kindly request the assistance of consumer authorities to ensure that my funds are refunded immediately.
