On January 18, 2025, I transferred 13,000₺ to my Bybit account via bank transfer. The transfer was successfully completed on my bank’s end, but the funds never appeared in my Bybit account. Bybit clearly states that bank transfers are processed instantly, yet my transaction has been stuck in “under review” status for two days now.
This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I’m left without any clear resolution. It’s unacceptable for such an amount to be withheld with no explanation or timeline for resolution.
Bybit, I urge you to resolve this issue immediately and credit the funds to my account. Failing to process a straightforward transaction undermines trust in your platform.
