Bybit Leverage Trade Error: Profitable Trades Resulting in Negative Balances

I recently closed a profitable leveraged trade on Bybit, only to find that my account reflected a negative balance. This issue occurred not once but in three separate trades. Each time, the trades were in profit when closed, yet my account was charged a negative balance instead of crediting the expected profits.

I cannot understand how a profitable short position can end up reflecting as a loss upon closure. This discrepancy is deeply frustrating and concerning, as it undermines the reliability of the platform. I request an immediate investigation into this issue and a clear explanation for the negative balances. Additionally, I demand that the correct amounts be credited to my account without delay.
