Bybit Wrongly Accused Me of Using Fake Documents, Denied Appeal Rights
Bybit accused me of using fake documents during the second step of verification and informed me via email that I have no right to appeal. This is beyond ridiculous. I provided my bank statements twice, as requested, and both times they claimed my documents were invalid. If you have a platform, you should take care of your users and address these issues properly. Losing investors will only harm your business in the long run. I expect this situation to be resolved fairly.
