Bybit Identity Verification Not Working After Update

-For about 10 days, I’ve been unable to complete the identity verification process on my Bybit account. Even though I follow all the steps correctly on my iPhone, the system keeps resetting back to the start during both the document upload and NFC ID scanning stages. Despite having the NFC feature enabled, the app fails to read my ID.
I also had a video call with customer support, but no solution was provided. My account has an active balance, and I had previously completed identity verification successfully without any issues. However, after the latest system update, I can no longer log in or access my account.
I urgently request that this verification problem be resolved and that I regain access to my Bybit account as soon as possible.
