Bybit Failed to Credit My Deposit and Locked Me Out of My Account

On July 29, 2024, at 8:08 PM, I deposited ₺990 into my Bybit account using the same IBAN as before. However, the deposit never appeared in my account. I filled out the contact form on the Bybit website, and the message said I would receive a response, but I haven’t heard anything back. Now, it seems my account has been locked because I’m unable to log in. I feel completely helpless in this situation, as my funds are missing, and I can’t access my account. I strongly advise others not to use this platform. I expect immediate assistance to recover my deposit and regain access to my account.
