ByBit EFT Deposit Delayed Over 72 Hours, No Resolution
On January 18, 2025, I sent ₺12,000 via EFT to Bybittr and expected it to reflect in my account promptly. However, not only has it exceeded the promised 48-hour timeframe, but it has now been over 72 hours—more than 3 days—and I still don’t have access to my funds. I received an email saying the transaction requires further review, but there’s no clear explanation or resolution in sight.
I contacted live support, but all I got were repetitive, scripted responses from the AI system. This has caused me significant financial distress, as I urgently need access to my funds. My deposit details are as follows:

The process originally stated a 48-hour timeframe, but now I see mentions of up to 5 business days. Why the sudden "extra review"? We’re in 2025, and these delays are unacceptable. I’ve also initiated a refund request with my bank and am considering legal action. Bybittr, resolve this immediately and provide clarity, or risk losing the trust of your customers!
After a long wait, my money was refunded to my bank today. Bybit is regret.
