On January 1, 2025, I transferred ₺60,000 via bank transfer, but the money has not been credited to my Bybit account. For the past week, the transaction status has been stuck at "under review." There is no live support available; only an AI responds with predefined messages, which makes it impossible to address the issue properly. Despite repeatedly checking my bank and ensuring the transfer was successful, the problem persists. I created a ticket with customer service and uploaded the necessary documents, but I still haven’t received a response. The automated email I received states that I need to wait an additional 5 to 7 business days. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I am facing significant inconvenience while the issue remains unresolved.
The issue has been resolved. The money was refunded to the bank account I sent it to.
