Hello, I transferred 60.2 USDT from my Bybit account to my Binance account using the TON network. Because I made a mistake in the memo field during the transaction, the funds did not arrive in my Binance account.
I contacted Binance, shared the requested TXID, and together we created a refund TXID for the return process. The refund TXID is bc937bf66edab646f521fa50e7413f480d25c2815442f90dcb9A72c03DB307e0. After this step, Binance informed me that the process must continue on the Bybit side and advised me to contact Bybit.
At the beginning of February, I contacted Bybit support to have this issue resolved quickly and to receive a refund. I conducted all correspondence in English and fully completed the additional form requested by Bybit. Despite all of this, the funds have still not been returned to my account, and I have been given the reason that the request is considered “expired.”
I request that the 60.2 USDT that did not reach its destination due to an incorrect memo be fully refunded to my Bybit account, excluding the network fee. My Bybit support ticket number is 23579374, my user UID is 512247**, and the email address registered to my account is o*************@gmail.com**. I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed without further delay and that my inconvenience be resolved.
