Delayed USDT Transfer from Bybit to Binance TR Due to Missing Memo

I transferred USDT from my Bybit account to my Binance TR account using the TON network but forgot to include the memo. Binance TR forwarded the funds back to my Bybit account. I followed all Bybit’s procedures for resolving missing memos, including submitting a video. However, each time I upload the video, they inform me of a new issue or missing detail. It’s been over 40 days, and I still haven’t received my money. The process is taking up too much of my time, and every 4-5 days, I receive another email about a video error. If they won’t return the funds, they should just let me know already.
