Busuu Charged Me for Years Without Notification – Requesting Refund
I subscribed to Busuu years ago, and after switching devices, I completely forgot about it. However, the company continued to charge me automatically without sending any emails or notifications before processing the payments. Now, I’m being told that their refund policy doesn’t allow for refunds, leaving my money wasted without any use of the service. This lack of transparency is frustrating, and I’m requesting a refund for the payments taken without proper notification. It’s disappointing that so many people’s money is being taken without clear communication.
