I Was Charged Twice for Busuu Subscription on Same Day and No Refund Given
On April 26, I purchased a subscription for the Busuu app. To my shock, I was charged twice on the same day. As soon as I noticed the double billing, I immediately canceled my subscription, but no refund has been issued. This experience with Busuu’s English learning app has been deeply frustrating.
They seem used to unfairly charging customers without notice and can bill twice arbitrarily. When I reached out for help, they told me to contact Apple. Apple refused and directed me back to Busuu. This back-and-forth is incredibly disappointing and unfair.
I urge Busuu to take responsibility, refund the extra charge, and stop these unjust billing practices. Customers deserve transparency and fairness.
