I Was Charged Twice for Busuu Subscription on Same Day and No Refund Given
On April 26, I purchased a subscription for the Busuu app. To my shock, I was charged twice on the same day. As soon as ...I noticed the double billing, I immediately canceled my subscription, but no refund has been issued. This experience with Busuu’s English learning app has been deeply frustrating.
