Burger King Canceled Order Amount Not Refunded

Hello, I ordered from Tasdelen Burger King Restaurant/Türkiye in Yemek Sepeti App. I chose the payment option Metropol Card (Meal Card). The order arrived, I made my payment. I checked the app and the money was withdrawn. But the Fiyuu Company (courier firm) courier said did not withdraw it from me, he warned me that this amount will be refunded after 10 minutes anyway, we have to withdraw it again, so I said let's wait then because it was withdrawn from me and there was no refund. He said, "I can't wait, then give me the product, I'm leaving." He took it and left. We wrote about this situation to Yemeksepeti and they were absolutely no help. Attached is a screenshot of the amount received twice. On the other hand, images of the food taken away from us because it was canceled and the order we made again later are also attached. Both are two separate orders for the same amount on the same evening. On the other hand, the screenshot of Yemek Sepeti's response to this request is also attached. Yemeksepeti did not deal with the issue in any way and prevented us from stealing 545 TL by victimizing us. Apparently, the 545 TL order fee we made from Taşdelen Burger King Restaurant was taken by the Fiyuu company courier and although it should have been refunded, it was not. Yemeksepeti, the intermediary company, has not taken any responsibility regarding the issue. Regarding this issue, I am complaining about this issue against Tasdelen Burger King Restaurant, Fiyuu Company and Yemeksepeti companies.

Hello, A representative from Burger King contacted me and said that the refund would be made within 10 business days, but despite the time having passed, the payment has still not been made.
