I purchased a pair of Aeropostale men’s boots (size 42) from Boyner’s online store three months ago. After wearing them just four or five times, the stitching on the heel of one boot came apart. Three days later, the same issue occurred with the other boot. Both boots are now unwearable, leaving me stranded during the winter season.
I trusted the brand and Boyner for quality, but this experience has been highly disappointing. A product at this price point should not fall apart so quickly. I demand a resolution, either through a replacement or a refund, as this has caused significant inconvenience. Boyner needs to ensure better quality control for the products they sell.
