I Demand Review of My Unjust Bumble Account Ban

My Bumble account, registered under the email t*******@hotmail.com** and my name Tibet, has been disabled since December 7, 2025, even though I have not engaged in any commercial activity. This action appears to be against both legal standards and Bumble’s own policies. In my profile bio, I only included my Snapchat and Instagram usernames—just like many other users—and used the phrase “the Real Turkish Delight” from a song by singer Nez. However, the app seems to have misinterpreted these as promotional content and suspended my account without any warning or prior notice.
Since then, I have submitted multiple support requests and sent numerous emails to Bumble. Unfortunately, I have only received generic, template responses that do not address my situation or indicate any real review of my account. There has been no clear explanation or evidence that my case was properly evaluated. I have been dealing with this issue for months and believe I have been unfairly penalized despite not violating any rules.
I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed again, that this unjust suspension be lifted, and that my account be fully restored. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation regarding this decision and, if possible, appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced.
