While using the Bumble app on my iPhone, I was unfairly banned around July 2025, and since then I have not been able to create a new account at all. After a conversation with another user in the app, my account was permanently closed as a result of that person reporting me.
I do not find it fair that my account was permanently banned based on a single complaint, without any prior warning, and without giving me a chance to defend myself. I was also unable to find any support team or appeal channel within the app, which makes me feel that I was punished completely unfairly.
I request that my account be reopened after a detailed review, and that I be provided with clear and transparent information regarding this process.
