Budget Italy Wrongly Charged €367 for Jeep Compass Trunk Damage After Return

I rented a Jeep Compass from Budget in Italy for 4 days. When I returned the car, there were no issues, and photos were taken at the time of drop-off. However, after the return, I was charged €367 on the grounds that there was a problem with the trunk. Yet, when I handed the car back, there was no damage or problem at all. I contacted Budget customer service about this, and they said they would investigate and get back to me, but so far I have received no response. I request that this unfairly charged amount be refunded and that my grievance be resolved.
