Budget FCO Italy Charged Our Cards Without Consent and Made False Damage Claims

Through Yolcu360, we rented two cars from Budget at FCO Airport in Italy. One day after returning the vehicles, high charges were withdrawn from our cards without any notification. With our credit card limits reduced, we were left stranded with our children and could not reach anyone for support. When we finally managed to speak with them, they falsely claimed that the fuel tanks were not full and accused us of damages that never happened, trying to shift the blame onto us. They withdrew money from our cards without consent, turning our very first overseas holiday into a nightmare. While we never faced such issues with small local companies, this so-called corporate firm completely deceived us. I am filing this complaint.
