Budget is a major company, yet its website is faulty, unclear, and misleading. It tricks consumers into making payments and then refuses to return their money even when no rental has taken place. This is not how a professional company should operate.
I demand an immediate refund for my canceled reservation. Budget must stop withholding customers’ money and honor its refund policy. I expect a prompt resolution and for Budget’s representatives to take responsibility and do their jobs properly!
