BtcTurk Limit Order Error Caused Financial Loss in App
I use the BtcTurk crypto application and on 17.05.2026 I encountered a serious problem while trying to place limit buy/sell orders. When I enter the price I want for the limit order, the application gives an error and does not allow the order to be placed. Because I could not enter the specified price due to this error, I was unable to execute my transactions and I suffered a loss of principal. I contacted BtcTurk customer service about the issue. They admitted that the problem stems from an application error, but they stated that they would not cover my loss. I find it unacceptable that a loss caused by a technical error of the platform is left entirely to the user. I request that my financial loss arising from this application error be fully compensated and that the technical problem causing this error be permanently resolved so that similar grievances do not occur again.
On 17.05.2026, I encountered an error while placing a limit order in the BTCTURK app and incurred a loss of ₺2,110. The support team acknowledged the error but stated they would not cover the loss. The process was completed and their response was negative and dismissive.
