On December 24, 2025, I transferred 0.20036391 ETH, 279.3351 XRP, and 0.01311779 BTC from the BTCTURK platform to the Bitlo platform. When I attempted to sell these assets on January 7, 2026, I realized that I was unable to complete the sale and reported the issue to Bitlo support on the same day. Following discussions with Bitlo representatives, a process was initiated to return the crypto assets to the BTCTURK platform.
I started the return process on January 7, 2026, at approximately 6:00 p.m. On the same day, around 9:00 p.m., it was visible that the assets had left the Bitlo platform, and the relevant TXID (transaction hash) records are available. Despite this, more than 12 hours have passed, and my assets have still not been credited to my BTCTURK account. BTCTURK customer service has provided repetitive responses for hours without offering any concrete solution.
Due to this uncertainty and delay, I have suffered a financial loss of at least 30%, and crypto assets worth approximately $3,072 are effectively missing. Neither BTCTURK nor Bitlo has provided me with clear, written, or explanatory information, and the process has not been managed transparently. This situation has caused serious hardship and has clearly violated my rights as an investor.
All relevant transaction records, TXID details, and written communications are in my possession and can be provided upon request. I demand that my case be urgently reviewed, that all necessary technical and administrative actions be taken across both platforms, that my assets be credited to my BTCTURK account without further delay, and that the financial damage I have suffered be taken into consideration.
