I am a regular user of Rothmans cigarettes, a product of Turkish BAT. However, I have noticed a recurring problem with the quality of the cigarettes. In each pack I purchase, there are two or three cigarettes with hard or unblended stem tobacco. This has a negative impact on my smoking experience as the tobacco burns unevenly and makes it difficult to enjoy my cigarette. Unfortunately, the problem reached its peak when the last cigarette I smoked caused a burning ember to fall on my shirt, damaging it. I am deeply frustrated by these consistent quality issues and demand that the company address this matter promptly. Additionally, I kindly request compensation for the damage caused to my shirt. It is crucial for Rothmans to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
