Kent Slims Black Quality Failure - Quick Burnout and Woody Tobacco

I have been regularly smoking Kent Slims Black for about eight years. For the past four months, both I and seven members of my family have noticed a significant change in the flavor and a clear decline in tobacco quality. In every pack, the cigarettes burn out very quickly, the tobacco feels like wood, and each cigarette needs to be lit three times. These issues occur consistently in all packs we purchase from Şok stores and tobacco shops in Bozüyük, Bilecik. I smoke an average of two packs per day, and my spouse smokes one pack, paying ₺100 per pack, yet the quality no longer justifies the price. The products also lack visible production dates or serial numbers, making it impossible to identify their origin. I request that these issues be resolved as soon as possible, that we be refunded for the poor-quality products, and that the quality standards for future production be improved.
