I Bought 360 Gems Once in Brawl Stars but Was Charged 3 Times


About an hour ago, I made a single purchase of 360 gems in Brawl Stars. However, despite making the purchase only once, my bank account was charged three times for the same transaction. I immediately checked both my Google account and Play Store purchase history, and they both clearly show that I only made one purchase. There is no record of duplicate orders from my side.
This is unacceptable. I feel completely frustrated and misled. I trusted the game and platform, and now I’ve been charged three times for something I only bought once. This kind of error should not happen—especially with an in-game purchase on a platform that children also use regularly.
I expect Supercell or the Google Play team to investigate this issue urgently and refund the extra two charges back to my account. I also urge them to improve the reliability and transparency of the payment system to prevent others from facing the same issue. Please fix this immediately and return my money.
