Brainety Charged Me €89.99 for a €1 Trial and Refused to Refund
Brainety's customer service is shockingly bad. Though I merely registered for a €1 trial game they advertised, they charged me €89.99 without my permission. They first assured me a refund would be handled even though they contacted their support team right away after seeing the illegal transaction. Weeks passed without activity, and now they are refusing to provide the refund, stating my demand was beyond their arbitrary period—even though I brought up the matter the same day the charge took place. To exacerbate things, they have ceased answering my emails totally. This business obviously gives profits over ethics and openness first priority. Steer clear of Brainety completely; there are considerably better and more honest services available.
