Water and Detergent Residue Remains in the Detergent Compartment of Bosch Washing Machine

The washing machine I bought only five months back is nothing what's promised.  after I do laundry, there's always leftover soap and water in the detergent spot. It's kinda annoying. Wow, this is a pretty concerning problem that we should address ASAP. I hit up customer service and they were so ignorant of the situation, trying to put the blame on me, just said " Gonna cost you 250 to fix it." But like, my machine is still under warranty, so what's the deal? this is not cool. I spent a lot of money on this machine and it's just not cutting it. I thought this washing machine was gonna be the real deal for getting my clothes clean, but it totally let me down. It sucks to see that they don't care about making customers happy and won't even admit there's a real problem, it would hurt everyone to see that.
