Frustration with Bosch's Dryer Repair Service After Delays

My Bosch dryer stopped working, so the repair person came and said it needs some maintenance. But they said we only have one transportation vehicle for the whole city of Izmir, in charge of picking up and delivering things. They said it would be picked up for inspection and repair within 10 days and then delivered back to you within another 10-day window. I was really surprised. They said there is a list of people waiting. I called the customer service center and made a detailed complaint. Someone called me today and casually set up a pick-up for the fifth day. They told me to wait without any indication of it being a bother. It seems like they don't care about making customers happy. I think Bosch might be having a hard time. Don't they have enough money for a few more vehicles? Is it a problem that affects all of Turkey or just a single vehicle in a city like Izmir? I wanted to let potential Bosch customers know. It's a problem that has never been seen before in any company. I want to change the date to an earlier one. The problem with the vehicle is causing a delay in the service.
