Excuse of Missing Parts for the Installation of Bosch Clothes Dryer

I bought a Bosch clothes dryer, and really wish I hadn't. The way this company operates is just not right. I'm a government employee, and took a day off to be home for the installation. The service guys who came to install it didn't have all the parts they needed, leaving me in a tough spot, surely regret trusting Bosch for my purchase. I'm facing a hassle because of a missing piece, and the service guys claim it'll take 20 more days for it to arrive. What's odd is that they say the part isn't available locally, but I found it for sale online. It feels like they're playing games with people, saying there's no part in Turkey when it's being sold online. It's frustrating how they're misleading customers. My advice: think twice before buying anything from Bosch.

I purchased a Bosch clothes dryer, and I regret it. This company operates in a manner inconsistent with business ethics. It is unacceptable for me to be exempted due to a missing part from the service technicians who came for product installation by using a day off. I suffered due to the absence of a simple part. The replacement of the required part for installation is delayed by 20 days. Despite the presence of service personnel, the missing part is sold online. This situation implies mockery of people's intelligence. Stating that there is no part available in Turkey while conducting online sales is clearly providing incorrect information.

A customer representative called me, saying they were calling from the headquarters of the relevant company (Bosch). I honestly didn't understand how this person could be a customer representative. Instead of solving the problem, they judged the person they were speaking to. The company's practices are like this, and there are many more absurdities. It has now become my duty to warn people about this company on all platforms due to their practices.
