Bosch Hasn’t Returned My Dryer After Service Since September 6

I took my Bosch dryer in for service on 06/09/2024 after it was returned to me with issues following a paid annual maintenance, and it still hasn’t been returned as of 16/09/2024. Even though customer service got involved, nothing has been sorted out, and I'm still waiting with no news. This situation is really annoying, especially when you think about the brand's reputation. If you're considering getting Bosch products in Erzurum, you might want to manage your expectations. The local service appears to be more helpful than the headquarters, but neither has fixed the problem. I just want my dryer to work right again.
