Delayed Replacement of the Bosch BBH22454 Vacuum
I bought a Bosch BBH22454 upright vacuum cleaner with the serial number BBH22454, but it suddenly stopped working. I gave my device to the authorized service, but it still hasn't been replaced even after 20 business days. I want a new unit as a replacement. I spoke with a customer service representative at 444 6 333, and they told me that they can't replace it. They also said that we should stop fixing it and recommended going to court. I need my device replaced as soon as possible.
