Bosch Missed Appointments For Broken Fridge, Unprofessionalism Everywhere
I made an appointment with the Ankara Bosch authorized service for the period of June 7, 09-11 for my refrigerator, which had an alarm warning and was not cooling. On the day of the appointment, I waited at home until 11 p.m. When I called in the afternoon, the answer I received was 'Friends came, you were tired at home, they called you and could not reach you'. When I asked for the matter to be investigated, I was told that at 1003 hours, they did not call me, but called my wife once as a backup number. Subsequently, I was confronted with a discourse that was far from seriousness and professionalism such as 'Sir, I wish you had called us when the service did not come'. Since I had no other available days during the week, I made an appointment for 9-11 am on Saturday morning. When I called the service at 0930, just in case, the answer I got was 'Friends will pull it during the day'. When I said that I had made an appointment for 9 -11, I got the answer "I will forward it to the friends". Of course, in the meantime, we threw away all the melted materials in our cupboard due to the Bosch service's lack of seriousness, unprofessionalism and non-institutional approach.
