The delivery person claimed he couldn't install it as promised and only dropped it off. On the invoice, I noted that I received the product, not in working order, but in good condition because I was never instructed to open it. I opened the box 10 minutes after he left and discovered it was broken. Despite reaching out to the store right away, they claimed there was nothing they could do in such a short period of time. After contacting headquarters, they acknowledged the problem and dispatched a qualified technician on September 20, 2023. The technician confirmed that the item had been delivered broken and that an exchange was possible. They gave me a receipt. However, on September 23, 2023, the headquarters stated that they were unable to process the exchange due to a lack of available products. They insisted on repairing it, which I understandably declined. I did not pay 10,000 tl for a faulty and broken product. They refused my request for a refund. The store representative, MG**, hung up on me, and the so-called authorized person, H****, has been wasting my time and claiming helplessness for 10 days. This is a heinous display of power. I trusted Bosch but now I'm sorry. The headquarters does not intervene with the authorized dealers, leaving customers stranded. They keep calling as if mocking my situation. I'm going to file a complaint with the Consumer Court, and I'll include the current market value for payment. Never again, Bosch, not even a foot in their door!
