StubHub Same-Day Cancellation and Full Refund Request

I purchased tickets through StubHub earlier today. However, it appears that tickets that went on sale on the official market today are being listed on StubHub for an additional 3,000–4,000 TL, apparently because StubHub has sponsored placements that put these tickets at the top of the listings. I want to cancel my order today, but I cannot find any way to contact an actual representative on the website. I am only being directed to a virtual assistant.

I simply want to cancel this order and receive a full refund. I am not asking for anything else. I believe this practice is completely unfair and misleading to consumers.
