My Bosch Washer's Warranty Was Voided Due to "Foreign Objects"

I bought a Bosch washing machine in 2020 and chose to get a 7-year warranty. Everything was going fine until 2023. I had to call for help on October 21, 2023, because there was a water leak (Service Request No: 130298278). The repair person came on October 23, 2023, and said that the plastic on the drain pump was cracked. They said that I had forcefully opened the drain cover, which made it not eligible for warranty coverage. They also said that if the cover gets forced open, we shouldn't call for help. They said that opening the drain cover wasn't included in the warranty and that I would have to pay a service fee of 350 TL. The reason for this decision was that they found that things like small buttons, accessories, or even a long thread could get into the drum through the door seal and cause damage. According to them, if water gets in, it will cancel the warranty for all the parts it affects, like the plastic parts, hoses, and drain pump impeller. I called their customer service at 444 6 333 to express my complaints. Someone from the company's main office called me from the same number. Unfortunately, they repeated the same thing, making it clear that even things that are softer than fabric, such as small buttons, accessories, or long threads, would cancel the warranty if they caused water damage. Bosch washing machines aren't made to stop big things from getting into the drum and messing it up. The company uses the excuse that "plastic parts are not covered by the warranty" to upset customers. They recommend that you take out any hard objects from your clothes before using the Bosch washing machine. I want the broken drain pump in my washing machine to be replaced for free because it's still under warranty. I also want my complaints to be taken care of.
