StubHub Ticket Confirmed but No QR Code Available

I purchased tickets through StubHub for the Şebnem Ferah concert scheduled to take place in Ankara at 9:30 PM on October 2, 2026, under order number 649846161, paying a total of $237. Although the website indicated that my order had been confirmed and that the tickets should be ready, I have been completely unable to access the QR code for my ticket.

Despite checking repeatedly through both the website and the app, the QR code does not appear. As a result, I am facing serious uncertainty and inconvenience because I do not know whether I will be able to enter the event. In addition, I have been unable to reach StubHub customer service through any channel. I cannot find anyone to speak with through live chat or by phone, and the lack of any way to communicate my problem has made the situation even more frustrating.

I urgently request that StubHub provide me with the QR code for the ticket I purchased for $237. If this cannot be done, I expect StubHub to provide a valid, usable ticket so that I do not miss the concert or, alternatively, issue me a full refund. I also expect customer service to contact me promptly and resolve this issue without further delay.
