Bosch Refused to Replace My Defective Serie 6 Dryer Despite It Being in Stock
I purchased a Bosch Serie 6 Dryer in September 2024, and it developed a software error shortly after. Bosch initiated a replacement process, but when the Head Office contacted me today, I was told that neither the same model nor an upgraded version is currently in stock and that the replacement would only be possible in January 2025. This is beyond frustrating, especially since the same product is listed as available on their website when you attempt to purchase it. I don’t understand the contradictory information. Bosch Turkey sold me a defective product, and I don’t see why they can’t replace it immediately. This situation feels like customer mistreatment, and I urge others to reconsider before purchasing Bosch products—today it’s me, tomorrow it could be you.
