Since the day I bought my Bosch washing machine, I have been constantly calling to complain, but each time they send a technician who insists there is no problem. I chose Bosch because I trusted it as a reliable and durable brand, and I purchased two washing machines and one dryer. I specifically chose this model to have the best and most advanced technology, but I have been dissatisfied with the washing machine from the very first day. They keep stalling me and refuse to admit any faults. I have even uploaded photos and videos with visible dates as proof.

You only respond by saying 'our valued customers,' but you never support the consumer. I have registered a complaint every time the service came, and I will also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I will write on social media and to every institution and platform I can think of. You have not helped at all and have done everything you can to avoid making any changes.
