Bosch Dryer Makes Persistent Noise

I purchased a dryer from Boschhome.com.tr on April 23, 2024. Since then, it has been consistently making a 'tok tok tok' noise, just like in the video, until the program finishes. The service team has visited twice, but couldn't resolve the issue, so they sent the video to the central office. The central team and technical staff responded with feedback suggesting that the noise is normal and caused by items hitting each other. However, the noise from items is already evident in the video, and we can distinguish it perfectly well. Yet, Bosch's technical service, either unable or unwilling to acknowledge the machine's fault, insists that the noise is normal, burdening the consumer with this inconvenience. Instead of replacing the machine, as should be done by the authorized seller, they attempt to shift the burden onto the consumer. Moreover, this machine was purchased just about 15 days ago, and it's clear it could lead to more significant problems in the future.
