I purchased a Bosch SMS4EKW62T dishwasher about one week ago and had it installed by Bosch service. From the first moment the machine was installed and used, it has emitted a very strong and disturbing plastic smell, which I find unacceptable and worrying for human health. The material quality feels like it is made from low-quality plastic, and I am seriously concerned that this series may be harmful and potentially carcinogenic. I contacted Bosch Turkey regarding this issue, explained that the smell is constant and that I have health concerns, and requested that the defective machine be taken back. However, I was not provided with a proper solution and my request to return the product was not accepted, which has further increased my loss of trust in the brand. I am requesting that this dishwasher be taken back and that I be refunded in full as soon as possible. I expect Bosch to take my health concerns seriously, to examine this product if necessary, and to resolve the process quickly with a refund.
