I ordered the PXX875D57E induction stove from Bosch's own website on 25.05.2023. Even though 1.5 months have passed, my order has not been delivered. I called customer service many times, they always say they will check the stock and take care of it, but there is no positive result. I regret that I ordered from their website thinking it would be reliable. After calling customer service many times, they said it was out of stock and let's refund your money. It still appears to be on sale on the site at an increased price. It is probably not wanted to be delivered because there is a price increase. We had a house built after the earthquake and decided to buy this stove. A kitchen cabinet will be built around the stove, but the stove is not there. Even if they refund my money, since I bought it from a credit card, the installment payments will be refunded month by month, I don't even have a credit limit to shop elsewhere again, and I have to buy it from somewhere else at a higher price. Bosch kept us busy for 1.5 months and now they are not. If it's not in stock, why did they sell it? If it's not in stock, why does it still appear to be on sale? Bosch is a regret, I will never buy a Bosch product again.
